This morning two technicians visited my home in response to a problem we’re experiencing with a strong sewer odor in the powder room.  While the problem unfortunately appears to be with the plumbing design that (hopefully) is covered under our home warranty, I want to pass along my feedback about the service I received.  You are the second company we have had out to diagnose the problem and the first one to identify a problem with the second floor toilet drawing water from the first floor.  I don’t recall the names of the technicians that visited my home, but both were extremely courteous and informative.
